Was cancelling 'The Interview' a mistake?

Recently we heard President Obama says he believes Sony made a mistake when it pulled The Interview. He said that: “In this interconnected digital world, there are going to be opportunities for hackers to engage in cyberassaults. Our first order of business is making sure we harden sites to prevent that…But even as we get better, the hackers are going to get better, too.We cannot have a society in which some dictator someplace can start imposing censorship here in the United States. If somebody is able to intimidate folks into not releasing a satirical movie...imagine what happens when they see a documentary they don’t like - or news reports they don’t like. That’s who we are. That’s not what America is all about.” So, was cancelling The Interview a mistake? We've got Milos Stehlik of Facets Multimedia in studio to take a look at that question. He's also a WBEZ film contributor. Photo Courtesy of WIKIMEDIA
