Democratic legislators are hoping to move Illinois' March primary date up to February next year.  But Illinois isn't the only state looking to jump ahead in the calendar. California, Florida and New Jersey are also planning to push their primaries up as well.  In fact, every four years it seems states are jockeying for position.  So what's driving this game of  musical chairs?  What impact would an Illinois move have on the process of nominating a President? Loyola University Chicago Political Science Professor Alan Gitelson joins us live in studio.
