Those attending the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change will negotiate aspects of the ten-year-old Kyoto Protocol.

That agreement set limitations on carbon dioxide and other gas emissions in industrial countries.

Meantime, in the U. S., packaging experts are wondering what to do with an increase in plastic-wrapped items from the store.

It's not always clear what you can do with an empty plastic container once you're finished with it.

So, The Environment Report's Rebecca Williams talked with some experts to sort out the confusion about recycling plastic.
