SHARE Quigley Criticizes Budget Changes

It's been months since the Cook County Board hammered out an 11th hour agreement on its 2007 budget.

And many people thought the bitter battles were finally over.

But think again.

Yesterday, Cook County Commissioner Mike Quigley blasted the Stroger Adminstration for making unilateral changes to the budget without the Board's approval.

Commissioner Quigley joins us to talk about the budget changes.
