Now that the Tribune has been sold, the big question in publishing circles is whether the Sun-Times will be next.

The Chicago area's number two paper has been struggling to combat declining readership, slumping ad revenue and the lingering effects of the Conrad Black case.

All three were topics of discussion last week as the new head of the Sun-Times Media Group unveiled his turnaround plan for the company.
