The eyes, ears and taste buds of the nation's restaurant industry have been trained on Chicago in recent days.

That's because Chicago is hosting the National Restaurant Association's annual trade show this year.

More than 70,000 people have gathered to sample the hottest trends in dining today.

As the show wraps up today, we wanted to explore the latest trends and hotspots on the local restaurant scene.

So we've invited two guests to help us do just that.

Jeff Ruby is the Deputy Dining Editor for Chicago Magazine and Heather Shouse is the Food and Drink Editor for Time Out Chicago.
