SHARE Evaluating Home Values in a Rough Economy

Wall Street weathered another stormy sell-off yesterday as concerns about the global economy continue. The Dow Jones Industrial Average finished down about 370 points, up from a low of 800 points down. That has regular middle-class folks worried about their retirement portfolios and their homes. It's clear now that the real estate bubble has burst, but Dennis Rodkin says there are some small bright spots here and there. He's the real estate columnist for Chicago Magazine, and he joins us now with the data from his latest annual survey of home prices.
