Former Chicago Police Commander Jon Burge Arrested

Fifteen years ago, Chicago Police Commander Jon Burge was fired for torturing accused cop killer Andrew Wilson. This morning, the FBI arrested Burge at his home in Florida on related charges. Reporter John Conroy was the first to write about allegations of torture in the Chicago Police Department almost 20 years ago. He joins Eight Forty-Eight's Richard Steele for more on the story.
