New Documentary Follows Abraham Lincoln Impersonators

SHARE New Documentary Follows Abraham Lincoln Impersonators

Here in the “Land of Lincoln” we're always evoking the spirit of our 16th president. And, Honest Abe is a constant source for teaching life lessons to school age children. Some men take Lincoln a little more seriously than a history lesson. There are those that go so far as to work and live as Lincoln impersonators. Filmmakers Dennis Belogorsky and Caitlin Grogan followed three impersonators for their documentary Life as Lincoln. The film was funded and produced by Chicago's Split Pillow production company. Belogorsky and Grogan talk about their journey with the Lincolns.
