The mayor says he has no intention of resigning. And currently there’s no city law that allows for the mayor to be forced out of office through a recall vote. But yesterday a democratic state representative from Chicago introduced a bill to make the recall effort easier. Bob Reed of the Better Government Association shares some answers on what it takes to recall an elected official in Illinois.
