Chicago’s City Council is about to vote on Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s 2018 budget. Despite reservations by some, it’s expected to pass easily.  But what’s in the new budget? And how does it address the many long and short-term fiscal problems plaguing the city?

WBEZ’s city hall reporter Becky Vevea takes us inside the budget, and the impending vote.
