SHARE Warm Temps Melt Snow...Threaten Flooding

Today was unseasonably‚ warm. This means snow and ice that covered neighborhood streets melted, but also brought along flash flood warnings for the Chicago area. More rain, and maybe snow,‚ are expected tonight and this could mean more flooding.‚ Along the Lakefront near Belmont Harbor, there were more runners and bikers than you would expect a couple days after Christmas (one jogger was even shirtless!)
