I’m watching Chicagoans watch the inauguration from U.S. Rep Danny Davis’ office. People are happy to be warm and anxious like little kids on a car trip. When either Obama hits the screen, there’s applause. Most people here have a piece of Obama flair. And they like Michelle’s dress.
