Measles cases mount in the Pacific Northwest, where vaccination rates are among the lowest in the nation. Now, lawmakers want to tighten some of those personal belief exemptions. John Wiesman, Rep. Paul Harris and Michelle Mello join Meghna Chakrabarti.
