Chicago’s E-Scooter Pilot Program Comes To A Close

The city of Chicago has just concluded a four-month e-scooter pilot program in hopes of repeating the success of Divvy’s bike-sharing program. But there were bumps in the road, including reports of e-scooters ending up in the Chicago River.
