Lake County Residents Push Springfield To Ban Ethylene Oxide

Two sterilization plants in the Lake County towns of Waukegan and Gurnee are emitting the cancer-causing gas ethylene oxide into the air.

Reset checks in with two members of an organization pushing to ban ethylene oxide emissions as well as with the reporter whose stories first raised the alarm about the gas in the Chicago area.
