Author Margo Jefferson turns the lens on herself in new memoir

Margo Jefferson is a prolific critic and writer who has been lauded as one of the most nuanced thinkers on race, class and feminism working today. She released her first memoir, Negroland, in 2015 and is out with another one this year.
