Highland Park shooter pleads not guilty to 117 criminal charges

The shooter in the massacre at the Highland Park Fourth of July Parade faces 21 counts of first-degree murder, 48 counts of attempted murder and 48 counts of aggravated battery for his alleged attack one month ago.
