This week has certainly given us news cycle whiplash. Domestically, we learned of President Trump’s desire to fire Robert Mueller, witnessed a government shutdown and near immediate reopening, and heard the powerful testimony of many U.S. Olympic gymnasts as they detailed the sexual abuses they suffered at the hands of Dr. Larry Nassar.
