Well the weather outside is frightful, and it’s not even Thanksgiving yet. Temperatures plummeted again last night with wind chills below zero. This morning the weather neared record lows at only nine degrees. Matt Friedlein is a meteorologist for the National Weather Service, and he joins us with an update.
