A 19-year-old man accused of trying to join the so-called Islamic State was back in court on Tuesday. The charges against Hamzah Khan of Bolingbrook include attempting to provide material support to the terrorist group. WBEZ’s Lynette Kalsnes was at the federal courthouse and joins us with details.
