Flights are still delayed at Chicago O’Hare and airports throughout the nation, after a major fire at a local Air Traffic Control tower. The fire caused multiple delays and flight cancellations and the federal government is currently ordering a review of contingency plans. Joseph Schwieterman, a former manager at United Airlines and a professor at DePaul University, talks about the challenges of restoring the air traffic control system in the Chicago area.
