For WBEZ’s Front & Center, Katie O’Brien reports on how Fenger High School, which made national headlines in 2009 when a brawl that left one teenager dead erupted blocks away from the school was caught on video, is employing restorative justice practices to prevent violence. Also joining the conversation is law professor and retired Circuit Court Judge of Cook County Sheila M. Murphy.
