Naperville’s City Council is expected to consider new laws governing liquor sales at tonight’s city council meeting. The proposed changes come after a series of incidents in July caught the concern of local residents and government officials say they don’t want Naperville to be seen as the place to go to get “drunk and rowdy.” Marie Wilson, a staff reporter for the Daily Herald, joins us to discuss.
