People in Chicago’s Pilsen and Little Village neighborhoods say they’re disappointed but not completely surprised with the results of the mayor’s race. While challenger Jesus “Chuy” Garcia had strong support throughout those communities, not enough voters came out to vote Garcia into the mayor’s office.
