Riverwalk proposal could light up the city

Last week at a press conference for Chicago tourism, Mayor Rahm Emanuel unveiled new plans for the Riverwalk in Chicago. The hope is to light up architectural gems along the river, and the bold plan would bring digital beauty to the river to compliment the classic Chicago look and feel. Will it ever get off the ground?
