Yesterday, we heard from a lot of listeners who said their Chicago side streets still weren’t clear two days after the storm. That’s despite the city’s insistence that more than 90 percent of streets had been plowed at least once. Yesterday’s snowfall meant plows were diverted from the neighborhoods back onto the main thoroughfares. So, we wanted to find out how those side streets are looking today.
