A handful of armed militants are believed to still be holed up at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in eastern Oregon. Leaders of several anti-government groups sympathetic to the occupants are urging them to stand down, as the FBI says it’s working around the clock to negotiate a peaceful end to the standoff.
