Michigan Lawmakers Play Catch-Up In Flint Water Crisis

It's been a tough week for lawmakers in Michigan. On Tuesday, Gov. Rick Snyder apologized to Flint residents about the water contamination scandal. Then the next day, the governor's office released hundreds of pages of emails detailing its handling of the growing problem.
