Curious City is a news-gathering experiment designed to satisfy the public’s curiosity. People submit questions, vote for their favorites, and WBEZ reports out the winning questions in real time, on Facebook, Twitter and the timeline above.
This round’s winner is Brenda Guzman from Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood. Her question is: “What’s one thing you can get in Chicago that you can’t get anywhere else?” We need your brains to help answer this one! Brenda told us she’s open to any kind of answer, be it a product, type of food, object or one of local life’s intagibles: a view, a scent, an experience, etc.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be collecting your ideas, which we’ll then have a Chicago musician turn into a song. To add your suggestion to the mix, comment on this story or email us at curiouscity.wbez.org.
