Today, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear arguments in a case where a family sued their condo association for restricting their religious rights. The court’s judge, Diane Wood, is rumored to be one of President Obama’s top picks to replace Supreme Court Justice David Souter, and one of many, with Chicago ties.
