Last week, Governor Quinn vetoed campaign finance reform legislation that he’d once championed. Many applauded Quinn’s decision, saying the bill was flawed and needed more work. But critics have been less supportive, citing the move as further evidence that Quinn is indecisive and inexperienced. Is our rookie governor a flip flopper or just plain flexible?
