A Closer Look at Gov. Pat Quinn's Decision Making

Last week, Governor Quinn vetoed campaign finance reform legislation that he'd once championed. Many applauded Quinn's decision, saying the bill was flawed and needed more work. But critics have been less supportive, citing the move as further evidence that Quinn is indecisive and inexperienced. Is our rookie governor a flip flopper or just plain flexible? Loyola University Chicago professor of political science Alan Gitelson discusses the political implications of Quinn's changes of heart.
