More than 25 years ago, a hot topic on Capitol Hill was dioxin pollution from a Dow Chemical plant in central Michigan. The then-head of the Chicago-based Midwest office of the EPA took the issue to Congress. As part of a weeklong series on dioxin, the Environment Report‘s Shawn Allee has this update on one man’s efforts to hold Dow responsible.
