Well, according to a new report, Chicago Public Schools are undergoing a massive shift in leadership. Rebecca Harris is a reporter with the magazine Catalyst Chicago. She details the school system's changing principal demographics in the latest issue of Catalyst Chicago's In Depth magazine. Harris recently stopped by to share what she found. \
