Harry Lennix is known for his roles in the movies Barbershop II, and the second and third films in the Matrix series, and now he’s on Fox TV’s Dollhouse. While his acting passion goes without question he hasn’t strayed far from another passion- he used to teach in largely African-American elementary schools here at home. So this Saturday he comes back to Chicago as the Grand Marshal of State Senator Rickey Hendon’s back-to-school picnic and parade in honor of community activist Diane Spence.
