Budget Talk with Illinois' Top Lawmakers

The State of Illinois' fiscal year-end is just days away, but lawmakers have yet to finalize a budget. With the legislature waiting until next week to meet again, they'll only have hours to settle something that has been a months-long struggle. Democratic Senate President John Cullerton and Assistant Republican Leader Representative Dan Brady examine the painful consequences that lie in the balance.
