After a certain age, getting a job just gets tougher. Employers are reluctant to hire older workers. Training for a new job can seem daunting. The Center for Creative Aging at Harold Washington College hopes to chase away those concerns. Dr. Jacquelyn Mattfeld is the Director of the center.
