Time now for another edition of Cheat Sheet, a quick and dirty guide to the monthly meetings of the Chicago Public School’s Board of Education. It is the holiday season so the carolers and picketers were not to be outdone at Wednesday’s meeting.

Secret Santa must have been in attendance because there was a surprise present for the protesters. Not to mention some new faces to go along with the usual suspects.

WBEZ’s education reporter Linda Lutton was taking notes and shared them with “Eight Forty-Eight.”
