Yesterday, the Chicago Housing Authority board passed its annual plan. This is year 10 of the public housing agency’s massive Plan for Transformation. In the coming year, CHA will continue with its mixed-income developments, rehabbing units and giving vouchers to families. But there are some changes, and WBEZ’s Natalie Moore is here to explain some of them.
