There’s a new initiative in Chicago that aims to get kids to drop their weapons and take up musical instruments instead. The results are on display in the Chicago Youth in Music Festival, the work of some special guests from Venezuela. For Chicago Public Radio, Catalina Maria Johnson has the story.
