Throughout November, the golden age of Chicago television is on display at the Chicago History Museum. The exhibition features lectures, a bus tour, even re-airings of original broadcasts. For WBEZ, Robert Loerzel reported on the role Chicago played in the evolution of television production.

Jim Engel will speak about children’s TV Wednesday evening at the Chicago History Museum at 7 p.m.
