Competition Seeks Ideas to Stop Gun Violence in Chicago

A recent report from the University of Chicago’s Crime Lab found that gun violence in the city costs a $2.5 billion a year. Crime Lab last week launched a new design competition, accepting ideas focusing on solving gun violence here in the city. Winners will then work with Crime Lab staff to create comprehensive pilot programs and search for funding
