DJ Resistol 5000 dropped a taste of south of the border rock. Resistol, known outside the DJ world as Eduardo Calvillo, lives and breathes Spanish rock.

He’s a consultant at Chicago’s Congress Theater where he helps book acts; after work, he spins. He has weekly residencies at Cobra Lounge in the West Loop and Juniors Sports Bar in Pilsen. On top of all that, he hosts a show on independent TV, and the Latin rock radio show Rock Sin Anestesia on WLUW.

DJ Resistol 5000 dropped the beats throughout the show before sitting down with “Eight Forty-Eight’s” Alison Cuddy to discuss his craft.
