Tony Raft thinks big. He wants to build condos and a mall inside a massive glass-enclosed building connected by tunnels. That way, wealthy homeowners can live and shop without ever having to face the city’s poor residents. But there’s more going on here than meets the eye. And Tony is just one of the many characters who populate Beautiful City now being staged by Theater Mir.
