The Chicago Police Department is refusing to make any inquiries into a somewhat strange police video obtained by WBEZ several months ago. The footage shows a police blue light camera seemingly being diverted from an area where officers are rushing in to make arrests. WBEZ’s Rob Wildeboer reports on Eight Forty-Eight Wednsedsay morning, and Professor Craig Futterman of the University of Chicago Law School looks at police accountability in the surveillance era.
