It's Monday morning, and Tony Sarabia is back in the director's seat, starting off the week by chatting with WBEZ reporter Al Keefe about the news he's following this week.

Plus, President Obama unveiled a new initiative this spring to create new jobs in the U.S. by providing incentives for domestic companies to bring their factories back to America. We'll get the details from Brian Deese, special assistant to the president for economic policy and chat with Don Kettl, Dean of Public Policy and the University of Maryland, about whether or not he thinks it's a lasting trend.
