Fair Transports Visitors to Elizabethan Era

Each year, more than 200,000 visitors make the trip out to the Bristol Renaissance Faire. Patrons get to experience Elizabethan-era food play games and join in the fun. The fair kicks off again this Saturday, but Faire workers have been training for the big day for weeks. Characters and costumes are meticulously planned to create an historically accurate experience. For WBEZ, Jessy Bradish has the story.
