The gay community continues to call for action from President Obama on equal rights. And the president is responding, if incrementally. Just last week President Obama issued an order that would allow gays and lesbians visitation rights while their partners were in hospitals. We’ll talk more about that issue later this week. But first we re-visit a conversation from late last year. Alison Cuddy sat down with first-time filmmaker Ky Dickens to discuss her documentary Fish out of Water. In the film, Dickens explores what the Bible says about homosexuality. Dickens started by discussing her own personal experience coming out of the closet.
