Earlier this week, Cheryl Raye Stout had a chance to talk with hockey legend Eddie Olczyk. The native Chicagoan and former Blackhawk’s NHL career is as long as it is storied. He played for everyone from the Toronto Maple Leafs to the New York Rangers, on the team that won the Stanley Cup in 1994. Since then he’s coached. And these days he provides color commentary for NBC and cable channel Versus. And when the Hawks are on WGN or Comcast SportsNet, Olczyk teams up with Pat Foley, the voice of the Hawks. Raye-Stout recently caught up with her old friend and broadcasting colleague in the booth.
