Chicago-based singer-songwriter Andrew Bird’s latest album, Noble Beast, debuted at number 12 on the Billboard Charts. Tomorrow night, he’s scheduled to perform his song, “Oh No,” from the album on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien. In 2005, Bird spoke with WBEZ’s Steve Edwards, explaining why he’s constantly re-creating his music for the audience.
